So far so good on my eating healthy and exercising. Consistency is going to be key. I've got to stay consistant!
I feel strong mentally and i was actually able to run on the treadmill today during my lunch hour....my knees usually hurt but today they were good to go.
There are others in the office that are watching what they eat too so that helps...little extra support ...yay!
Keep Strong! Remember...Failure is Not an Option!
