I am down 9 LBS! and sooooooooo excited about it. So, i eat healthy for 12 days then off for 2 then back on the health kick for 12 days then off two...i'll keep doing that until i'm where i want to be.
Let's see, where do I want to be? On a white, sandy beach and not feeling self conscience about what i look like in my bathing suit.
I would love to weigh 145...i think that's going to be my goal.
My short term goal is BELOW 200 lbs.... 17 more to go and i'll REACH MY GOAL!!!
This weekend i get to go off the diet. I'm determined not to blow it ...maybe have dessert and a cheeseburger!
I think i want a cold beer too. Just one...hrm...that sounds refreshing
