So this weekend I was to go off my diet (2 days). I don't know why but that is what the instructions say on this whole diet thing i'm doing. Monday I'll get back on the diet for 12 days.
Well, I realize that i LOVE structure and i miss not having my structure. WEIRD!!
And I just feel better about myself when i'm eating right.
Today I'm feeling depressed....gotta pull myself out of it
Ok. I'm out of it...time for laundry!!!
