Back in the Saddle! July 27, 2010

Up this morning and working out at the gym at 4:45am! Yikes :) Thank goodness i have a workout buddy that likes to meet me at that time. Makes all the difference in the world to have a workout buddy because i sure would not have gone if i didn't know she would be there.
I have not gained any since i lost my 10lbs and now my goal for this week is to shed at least 3 lbs.
One day at a time right?

I still have my goal to getting under 200lbs really soon! Gosh, i can't wait until i achieve it!
I know it will feel sooooooooooooooo good!

Came into work today and someone brought donuts! I have not had one and I'm not going to!

Constant battle of the bulge......

Thought i would journal how boot camp went yesterday. It was hard but so worth it and i just feel so much better about myself knowing i'm trying to do somehting about my weight.
This time around i didn't know anyone in the class and i think that it was a little easier to handle....weird. You think i would prefer being with people i know and work with everyday but it was nice to not know anyone. I guess i'm not worried too much about what they think whereas when it's people i work with they see me everyday and can recall what i looked like doing some of those crazy things we do in boot camp. No idea but it was great working out again.

Today we had a work luncheon and ate at Fred's Hickory Inn. It was yummy and i had BBQ (no bun) and well of course i dribbled it down the front of my white blouse. Fortunately i had a denim vest on and was able to cover up without no one noticing! Thank Goodness.
So afterwards i ran to Khols to get a new white shirt (cheap) and while i was there had to go to the bathroom....so i went....upon leaving the restoom i noticed urnals and thought, "Did i use the Men's restroom"? Yes, i sure did! Ugh!!!

I am wearing my new white shirt and no one is the wiser! Ha Ha Ha

Hellooooooooooooooo again!
Today has been a great day :) I feel great and ready to start a good exercise regimen again. I went to the gym this morning for a 5:30 am workout but the class was cancelled but i'll be back today at 5:45pm for the same....boot camp!
So i guess i'll do the evening classes instead of mornings for the next 4 weeks. That's okay!

I have lost 10lbs so far and will get the ole scale going back down soon!
